You are also more than welcome to call the office to inquire about specific treatment options, or come in for a consult to address your concerns.  We aim to tailor each treatment plan to your specific needs, so a comprehensive exam is the best way to see if what we do matches what you are looking for.

Our office is happy to help you file insurance claims with ANY dental insurance plan! If you would like to know which plans we participate in and are providers with, please call or text our office and we will be happy to give you more details. We encourage you to be familiar with your specific plan; please check with the provider of your dental insurance plan for up to date coverage and benefits information, as things frequently change.  If you have any concerns or questions, we are glad to help in any way we can, just reach out to us.

If you don’t have a specific problem (pain, broken tooth, etc), your first appointment will consist of xrays, a periodontal assessment (for more information about why we do this and what a periodontal assessment is, please click here), and a comprehensive treatment plan.  We realize your time is valuable, and we will do our best to start treatment that day, but it depends on what your needs are, and the best course of action for your health.  You can find our paperwork for this appointment in our New Patient Forms.   If you have records and/or xrays from a previous office, please let us know and we will work to retrieve them prior to your appointment.
